Ego face off against Ego
Any judge who decides there is a "reasonable" amount of force to use while unlawfully arresting a person, is either corrupt, or insane.
There is no situation that cannot be made worse by the arrival of a police officer.
Cops are enemies of the people. Their inflated egos and lack of knowledge of the law makes them dangerous. They need more and better training
The cop started to escalate. If he didn't start screaming as first, this all could have been avoided. De-escalate by escalating right?

It's not easy to park a truck with a long trailer in a crowded parking lot. The cop illegally parks in the fire lane. Store management did not find the truck's location to be objectional. A simple case of harassment and illegal arrest.

I think a C – is too high of a grade for the kid. He definitely is in D territory. His attitude makes me think he was like this with family members and significant others. He clearly does not care for laws in any degree clearly parking in front of a fire lane and shows he's only interested in his own safety rather than the safety of others if in fact there was a fire that just so happened to start.
