He comes across as a narcissistic a-hole who thought he could confuse the jury because he thinks they are stupid and he can outsmart them because he is the smartest person in the room. He thinks that he is better and smarter than everyone else.

Your guest is well spoken but getting legal opinion from someone not versed in the law was really awkward. I think Josh knew it and didn't look comfortable asking those questions.
