Bryan Kohberger’s lawyers have accused prosecutors in Latah County of trying to “hide” the fact that the FBI hasn’t turned over some documents in the case. In a hearing this week, prosecutors argued that an upcoming hearing about discovery be closed to the public. But Kohberger’s defense team argued the hearing should be open to the public so they can see what hasn’t been turned over to them. Why did they demolish the house before the trial
They cant disclose the surveillance, it was illegal
I don't know how but I believe they (FBI or Cops) planted that knife sheath with his DNA on it & picked him bc he seemed like the person to blame so they stuck it to him. Where's the blood in his car? IF he did this, and it was his First Serial Killing, Luck was really on his side. I don't & can't believe that.
The Killer definitely had to be a close person that knew how to get in & out of that house. So, I don't believe it was a Random Serial Killer anymore. I believe it was an inside job. Or a Hired Hitman. And that killer definitely had it in for one of the girls upstairs. Someone wanted one of those girls dead. The other 3 that were killed, were just promising witnesses bc they were there in the way. So, I have to go back to that Surviving Roommate that is supposedly a witness. She either did it, or had someone do it. What was her beef, or hatred, for the one of the girls upstairs? If he supposedly did that, then he would of known 6 people was there & they all had to die. It was that roommate. I'd put money on it IF they would of investigated her as a suspect. Does that roommate have that much power?
The defense must just push through! This man is innocent. They have no proof!
With social media no one will ever get a fair trial. How did his DNA end up in one spot in the house other than on a knife sheath under dead bodies? And he happen to buy the exact same knife but can’t present that knife as evidence to police🤷🏼♀️

I think this guy is being set up as the family wants justice despite an innocent man being put to death.
Hiding evidence, but hiding an alibi for over a year is ok? He never said he was innocent. Always someone else's fault.

Quite the most likely perpetrators of the crime are the two males of the triplets one of them leaving the 'house' unharmed after the silent mayhem. It is very much the kind of thing even twins do, so for triplets more likely still.
The prosecution is trying to frame an innocent man, and those who know are getting out. The Moscow Police chief has bailed and is looking for a new job, and the judge ought to bow out as well.

Every single thing abt this case is suspicious.Never has a gag order been used in the US. Why now? Why has the DA refused to turn over copies of the autopsy reports? Why has the 911 call not been turned over? Why won't they say how the dna was really found?

The FBI just want’s Bryan Khobugar to be accused for murders n the others people that committed they didn’t investigate them further this is a tight knit town they protect each other
Essentially Kohberger attorney is discovering things that the state is trying to use against him to prosecute but it has very little withstanding because it is hidden under a seal so the public is detoured to believe Kohberger is guilty but in reality he could be not guilty.
The FBI has done more harm to our society than Ryan has done

With his DNA on a knife sheath and evidence he was trying to communicate with at least one of the girls online, gives solid proof he did it. This will be drug out forever. I feel for the families of these kids.
Some investigators believe that an Idaho oligarch's son, possibly son and an accomplice, is the real killer. If Kohberger's cell phone data shows that he was elsewhere at the time of the murders then there must be public exposure.
