keep a journal hide it but not inside your house, date/time and be detailed call the police since a pattern has been established and your journal is part of the proof, take pictures of any injuries upload and email them to a work email or make up one use the computer at the library or at your job and use a friends info to recover the email, and once you file charges see it through!!! SEE IT THROUGH!!!!! Do NOT take pity Do NOT feel guilty or sorry STOP MAKING EXCUSES bc it is NOT you it IS THEM. Leave that motherf**ker.
