Reality TV star bludgeoned to death with hammer by extramarital lover – Everything Law and Order Blog

In this episode of Crime Watch Daily Updates: A night of partying in Southern California ended with the violent murder of nurse-turned-reality TV show contestant, Lisa Marie Naegle.

On December 18, 2016, Lisa Marie attended a get-together with one of her nursing students, Jackie Jerome Rogers. Although married, Lisa Marie apparently was having a romantic relationship with Jackie, and when Lisa Marie failed to return home that evening, her family reported her missing.

The search for Lisa Marie ensued until her body was found in a shallow grave in the backyard of Jackie’s home. Jackie beat her eight times with a hammer, washed her body in bleach, and left her body just feet away from where he lived with his mother.

Jackie confessed to killing Lisa Marie, and his September 2018 trial was a battle of whether to convict him of murder or manslaughter. Ultimately, the jury found him guilty of murder, and in April 2019, he was sentenced to 26 years to life in prison.

Let’s look back at the case involving a reality TV contestant and her unfortunate demise at the hands of one of her very own students.

  1. How was she a loving wife and she was cheating🤔 it’s hard for me to feel sorry for a Cheater especially when it causes them to be in that situation not to say she deserve it but she put herself there 💯

  2. When I taught adults, we'd go out as a group at the end of the course, but I'd never go out with a student on my own and never would have invited one to my house or even told them my address. Lisa's college should have had a clear code of conduct.

  3. Why when someone murders someone isnt the minimum life ??? 26 years for this scum. Unbelievable. No doubt her plan was to get pregnant by the murderer and make the husband bring him up. She was not much better than her killer.

  4. Bathed her in bleach…the guy is beyond demented. And husband still doesn't believe there was an affair. Still thinks he's gay probably. What about blood in the car, on the clothes. Maybe husband was in on it by his emotionless statements.

  5. She, nurse or otherwise, wasn't very smart. When you choose to deceive, you wind up deceived. Other may have killed her, but she is dead due to her own actions. Learn the hard way. Who's next? RIP.

  6. Would like to know if there was any evidence of an affair. Like text messages, voice mails, e-mails, witnesses, video camera recordings, etc… I don't think there is any because if there were, then the husband and the sister wouldn't both be denying an affair. I think he killed her because she turned him down and wanted him to take her home.
