11. Ashley abandoned her daughter for 6 years and then comes back and gets full custody. That is totally unfair. Fathers are not second-class citizens to be treated so shabbily. Would it have been the same if a father had done it. NO WAY. The court should have granted Ashley visitation and then gradually progressed to 50/50 custody. The court is the principle precipitating factor for this whole crime. I do know what Chad did was evil, though I do understand his reasoning.

29. That man in the 2nd case very well could have done it but they didn't prove it. I watch many crime stories but the amount of cases that I keep seeing convicted without evidence is alarming.
