One of the best guests I've seen on any podcast.** Well-informed, passionate, and lots of energy. Great show.
**Host is also exceptional, as usual.
I could listen to these two brilliant and charismatic gentlemen all day!!

ASIDE FROM WHAT SHE VOLUNTARILY SENT HIM…..SOME WERE DONE WITHOUT HER EVEN KNOWING IT SO THAT PART MAKES IT WROOOOONNNNNGGGGGGGG
ONE PIC MAY HAVE BEEN A "GIFT"……BUTTTTTT WHAT ABOUT THE ONES THAT WERE DONE WITHOUT HER KNOWLEDGE?!?!
Biden gets special treatment from the government and the lame stream media every day shielding him from prosecution of his treasonous disregard for the welfare of This country. 🤨 Janet
@13:10
"He doesn't sound like a person who is in mourning after his wife was just MURDERED TO DEATH"…
…
… Murdered to death
And yet I was raped by a stranger and he was never charged. They caught him and everything and he even admitted to it. I’m baffled how individuals can be jailed for touching someone, yet when I was raped and beaten- no charge. I even asked, “can you charge him for attempted murder or assault at the very least?”. They said no because he raped me too. Didn’t matter if he beat me that badly. It was categorized with rape and it was his word(edited to correct the vocabulary) against mine. He told them I asked to be beaten even though he just followed me home. All I said to him was hello as I was walking my dog. #welcometoga #columbusga
The same thing is happening around here in Phillipsburg pa kids are getting violated and nobody doing anything about it. This has to stop
I need help
Trump is nothing more than a distraction. It means nothing.
Josh you may be a brilliant lawyer but you're no good at DIY, those shelves are terrible!! 😉
I dont see a problem with jurors asking questions because the attorneys on both sides and the judge determine if the question will be allowed. Totally fair. Why should a jurisdiction suffer a less effective or corrupt prosecutor? Allowing the questions is a prevention to that. Even though the burden is on the state, the jurors render the decision, accused is judged by their peers so the jurors should have their questions answered. There are too many ineffective defense attorneys as well so filtered questions close those gaps. I understand the prosecution and defense has their strategy. The conversation both of you had on this topic was phenomenal and so interesting. Thank you!
The conversation about the woman being valued as actual losses is 200million for 2-3 yrs is actually for her entire life because she will be unemployable and those photos out on the internet put her at risk physically where she needs to take additional steps to keep herself safe out in public and where she lives secret etc. She may even need to change her name and more.
Such an interesting show.
You just described the Biden’s getting treated differently!!!!!!! 😳
I love listening to these. I have always been interested in the trial aspect of crime.
14th Amendment to be applied
FACINATING
Scumbag is such a great, descriptive, international word… A really engaging episode, thanks Josh and Jack 🇦🇺🙃 and watching from Melbourne, Australia
OMG!! True Crime Daily, y'all are having the most amazing guests on all of your segments recently!!! Thanks for having Jack on the show, his insight and the way he describes certain situations to explain how the law works is outstanding!!! 🕵️♂️💯🏆⚖️🫶
I watched the trial today. ??There was photo of his wife on the floor with the phone laying on her. My question is; was she face up or face down? I thought she was face down.
1 Biiillion 💵 😆
I really, really enjoed this episode!
I think the issue of looking at the photo as a gift is that when a person receives a car or a cake for example, the sharing of that gift with anyone else will not damage the gift giver’s reputation or impede that individual’s potential at earning a living or earning respect or establishing relationships. The motive in sharing a cake or a car is not malicious.
As a non-american I find it amazing how much you let a controversial former president undermine your political and justice system. The damage this autocratic man has done to the relationship between citizens and government is insidious and far-reaching. How can you still give him the benefit of doubt? He made the conscious decision to campaign while under indictment. That's on him. Shielding him from the consequences of his actions is further damaging your countrys reputation
Good points from host and guest regarding jury questions. However, I disagree that prosecutors think of everything. I served on a capital murder trial and we spoke to the prosecutors after the verdict. There were things the prosecutors had not thought of/noticed. I also believe that if jurors can refrain from deliberating they will be respectful of that whether or not they can submit individual questions to the judge.
I enjoyed your show every week. I would love to hear you and Scott Reish debate on the show.
Not a fan of this week’s cohost. Comparing revenge porn to a car and calling it a gift is not cool.
Love Jack!!
I enjoy Jack so much. It's always so fun when he's on your show
A very nice video again thnx, if jurors are aloud too ask questions it means there is a lack of information.
On the case where the husband is killing his wifes? …. 😢 i hope you go to church and learn that you're going to HELL!!!! Why would anyone marry him after 6 wifes? And some dying?
Six wives! The triumph of hope over experience.
I appreciate guys bringing up the legal aspect of revenge porn. It highlights how the law is designed to protect perpetrators, not victims. If you have to tell someone you trust that your body is only to be shared with that person, the law is failing. It’s literally called revenge, which highlights the fact he knew what he was doing was wrong.
Hey mom, I met a nice guy.. he’s been married like 5 times. Mysteriously they all died.. I think he’s a keeper. 🤦🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️ who says this?
