8. So many people in the comments, and even Jessie seem to want it to be any time a woman yells “J’accuse!” the persons automatically guilty until proven innocent… it’s like they have no idea how our courts, laws and precedent work, nor lessons in history of why that’s a bad idea.

You’re misleading your viewers by calling this a mere “technical error” and saying things like “it’s not like exonerating evidence came out”… you’re painting the picture it has nothing to do with his guilt or innocence, when it’s absolutely about how they went about proving his guilt. It plays to misconceptions about how courts work and presumption of innocence and found guilty vs found not guilty ect. I’d expect more from a legal channel analysis.
