Kevin Franke, soon-to-be-ex-husband of former YouTube mom and convicted child abuser Ruby Franke, says therapist Jodi Hildebrandt forced him to move away from his family and have no contact with them. During that time, his wife and Hildebrandt were abusing the couple’s two youngest children in an attempt to expel alleged demons. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber and Sierra Gillespie spoke with Kevin Franke’s attorney, Randy Kester, about the lawsuit’s causes of action and the hoped-for result.

Sorry, I don’t buy it that Mr. Franke was brainwashed beyond his ability realize what was going on. That just smacks of blatant stupidity. He is an educated engineer….a professor of education (that he completely sucked as a teacher is immaterial). I don’t care if the very prophet of my own religion were to tell me that I needed to separate from my family, I’d have responded with a very sound “KCUF YOU” and then do what is necessary to do what is best for my wife and children. This Kevin guy sounds like a complete fairy, saying whatever it takes to remove himself from reality.
This is the second mental health expert convicted of child abuse. The first one was in northern Utah when a young boy die of water poisoning. When the parents were arrested it came out the mental health expert ordered it as treatment for the child's mental health issues. She immediately lost her license and was convicted of child abuse murder.
He didn’t try to stop the abuse he allowed it to happen and joined in on it to. He’s just as guilty and also deserves jail time. He shouldn’t deserve custody of his kids.
Maybe he should also slap himself with a law suit for torturing his kids. You only have to watch a couple of episodes of 8 Passengers to see Kevin fully participating in abusing his kids. It galls me to see him walk away from his crimes.
She let a Lesbian move in got turned out and she let her abuse the kids and played along with it. My question is Why does the female always get the kids, and the man is left paying child support? He should have fought to have those kids to begin with

He shouldn't get any money from what he neglected to do as a father by not protecting his children. Those CHILDREN should get money. Not this selfish scumbag who from the beginning, only cared about money before his children. He should be in prison with her. Let's not forget, he was all for taking away Christmas from those same two children and sending Chad to that camp and making him sleep on a bean bag.
Kevin makes it sound as if the reason his children were removed by the state is because they were so damaged by the abuse he couldn't help them recover. Self serving bullcrap that makes it sounds as if he was part of the decision. The state refused to turn his children over to him because he was complicit in their abuse by basically abandoning them with and to their mother and her psycho culty friend.

I wouldn't be surprised if Jodi's biggest excuse will be her religious culture. Her attorney will use the Constitution and other Amendments during arguments in court.

Thank you for being so professional in your videos. I came upon a criminal lawyer who also does videos on current cases this week. His language is full of “f”bombs, even to describe the parents of the victims in the Crumbly case as “f——ing parents”. It is so unprofessional and, frankly, I never personally use that word and don’t want to hear it.
My question is if the dad is innocent Where was he for the 2 years his kids were getting beaten starved And horribly tortured
$100K isn't enough $$$ for these children's therapy and healthcare. Her home is w o rth 3.5 – 5.5 MILLION. The judge is ignorant. Therapy is $125.00 -$250 per hour. This abuse happened to 4 of the children. Twi we re being overltly abused and 2 were covertly abused!!!
