Officer Wayne Anderson – Boise Police Department
Officer Wayne Anderson with Boise Police Department is dispatched to welfare check call. While approaching the trailer he can see people inside smoking meth through the window. After backup arrives 2 male suspects exit through the back door and are both detained. Officers then knock on the front door and have the remaining suspects come outside. Once searched, brass knuckles and pocket knives and found on our suspects. After talking to mom who was smoking meth with her son inside, officers recover the remaining drugs. Mom tells Officer Anderson that inside her Bible is a dollar bill with meth in it. Weed and other drug paraphernalia is also found throughout her bedroom. On her bed is a photo of mom when she was a little girl with a line of meth on her face, Officer Anderson asks her if she thinks it’s weird to be snorting lines from her own face. The remaining suspects are all brought back inside and charged with felony possession and are given court dates to appear.

I do not do drugs, I hate the fact that some of relatives do but good grief, this is their home and if they want to destroy their lives, it just becomes a matter of thinning the herd, catch them outside their property?, take them down for sure but when there is clear evidence that the only ones being hurt is them???

Idaho has different laws on drugs. Weed is a misdemeanor if you are caught with it you will get a ticket but if you have a bale you can get incarcerated for 18 months. Crack is a no no if you have Crack in Idaho 5 years in jail. Opioids are a felony if you are caught with opioids 18 months community service and you will have to do a sample test of all your fluids every two hours until there is no brown in your system because an overdose will kill you. sympathetics are a big no no if you are caught will pills or sympathetics 15 years in jail.
I hate meth heads. I spent two decades trying to keep that junk out of my Idaho. Good Job Boise Cops keep that junk out of here. NO ICE METH IN MY IDAHO!
Lived with this guy for a short time around New Years 2018. He ended up stealing a bunch of shit out of my room then tried throwing a glass cup at me and my wife after I had confronted him about it.
Good riddance.
So these guys got a call about someone possibly yelling, snuck onto their private property without consent and peeked in the windows to see them possibly using drugs, and then dragged these guys out of their home, told them to be honest so they won't get in trouble, they be honest, and then they arrest them? Seems unconstitutional…..
Boise! That figures! Idaho is so hard on addicts. It will be one of the last states that legalize marijuana, if it ever does.
The cop said he would work with them and then charged all of them with several charges 🙄 this is why you never answer questions
