23:04 she didn’t come to a stop but she definitely seemed like she slowed down and looked to make sure no one was coming, so I think case being dismissed is still valid, we need more judges like this in our country
SAD so many everyday real court judges are not as humble to those who get self in trouble like this in traffic issues, but clearly do not make alot of money many times. wow, cant think of that actors name ( on tip of tounge at moment) helping in court, but love him in movies! he is great actor.

I was once out with my grandmother and sister a couple months after my grandfather had passed. She was still upset, understandably, which is why we tried to keep going out and going for lunch. My sister was driving and the three of us parked in the center of a town and went into a restaurant. My sister noted that we had to hurry cause the parking space was only open till a certain time and my grandma said "whatever!" 😂 When we came back out after lunch we saw a parking officer standing next to her car and writing a ticket – the car had been there outside of parking hours for 4 (!) minutes. My grandma said "play along!" to us and hunched over her walker and put on a sad face. She started pretending she was upset, she was just trying to treat her poor grandchildren to lunch (we paid for her lol) and that it was such a horrible thing to get a ticket. The parking officer turned red in emberassment and said he wouldn't give her a ticket if she left right away. When in the car she said it was "so fun" and that she felt grandpa was laughing with her 😂 The judge here reminds me of her energy. She is just, cheeky and real when she needs to be.
This Judge is quite refreshing. Bless him. He’s impacting lives in a positive and respectful way.
