A consultant hired by Bryan Kohberger’s defense team testified about a survey he conducted of potential jurors in Latah County to determine whether they were biased against him. Bryan Edelman, Ph.D. explained his methods in posing questions to 400 residents that contained some false information about Kohberger. Edelman defended his methods as the prosecutor grilled him. Four young people were killed. His DNA was found at the scene. And all the defense is doing is trying to throw enough sand in the face of the judge, to get a mistrial!! This case had better not be dismissed!!

This case has become more about Kohberger’s rights and making sure they are coddling him and walking on eggshells around him. The victims and their families are on the back burner.

They theorize crime, and this is danger because victims can't be theorized. They lost life and left many sad people wondering to know who killed them. This is not doctoral work, this is not law school, this is trial! Four young students were brutally killed!

Wasn't a jury questionnaire used in the Karen Read homicide case? It was nearly identical, albeit change of facts & names. No one complained about that, to my knowledge. There are MANY other issues there, however, so maybe that's why that isn't being picked apart. I'm afraid they're going to have to move the venue on these but we'll have to see…there's no trial date as of yet but curious what the alibi info is going to do moving forward. If anything.

Isn't there a gag order in this case? I thought that ment nobody was aloud to talk about the case? How is polling people opinions legal?
How often do Defense attorneys poll the public via phone like this? I've never heard of this before but they made it seem like it happens all the time and is standard practice.

Ridiculous argument by the prosecution
From the info released, this guy is guilty as sin and will pull any trick or stunt to try to get away with it. A horrible mess for the families, but I don’t think all his stalling will help him, and just prolonging the trial and his eventual life in prison.
