IBM Australia and New Zealand has expanded its senior leadership team with the appointment of Angelica Veness to the role of Chief Technology Officer IBM ANZ.
Angelica brings a wealth of technical experience across artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies, making her a valuable advisor for IBM’s client engineering, account technology leadership, and software and infrastructure technical specialist organisations.
Angelica was previously a Senior Manager for AI and innovation at Salesforce for seven-and-a-half years, specialising in human-centred design and the development of transformative AI solutions. She guided teams through the intricacies of project management and design thinking.
Concurrently, she was also President of Salesforce Women’s Network in ANZ. Before that, she worked with IBM for more than four years in technical architecture and AI.
