Deputy Katherine McCann – Lee County Sheriff’s Office
Deputy McCann initiates a traffic stop on a vehicle that is seen leaving a hotel known for drugs and prostitution. Deputy McCann talks to the driver who is visibly nervous and will not give consent to search the vehicle after stating that what ever is found in his car is not his. K9 arrives on scene and alerts on the drivers side door, Deputy McCann uncovers a bag of heroin hidden in wades of court papers (belonging to the driver) in the back of the driver seat. Each of the suspects is questioned individually, and the passenger eventually admits that the heroin belongs to the driver. The driver is again questioned by Deputy McCann, who continues to deny that the heroin found folded in his court papers belongs to him. He continues to assert that he was framed.

  1. I mean I dont care a whole lot they needed to get caught for their own good..but I don't agree with searching a car just off a dogs say so lol. There is room for error with that and it's a fact that's easy to find..about the same room for error as a polygraph and because of that a polygraph has no legal point really and technically it's within reach of the passenger. This is a case i think he could beat if he wanted to

  2. No offense but you guys have a very loose use of the word aggressive lol you said he was being "extremely aggressive" but that was the calmest arrest I've seen in a couple clicks just saying the only thing that would have made this easier is if he was asleep

  3. I’ll never believe a k-9. I have always firmly believed they have a secret signal that say the k-9 “hit “ on something. If you ever watch the dam dog doesn’t do anything and they’ll be like, yup he hit right here.

  4. I would have to venture to say the heroin was the passengers in the back seats and he was laying a defense for himself by insinuating he witnessed the driver placed the heroin in there when in fact he himself actually did

  5. SNS Dude, if "It's Not Yours", it's one of your "Friend's" & they're setting you up for a fall. So, I guess you need to find better friends. BTW, If nobody else cops to the dope being theirs, it's in Your Vehicle, therefore your dope!
