A judge in Spokane County, Washington sentenced former high school student McKenna Kindred, 24, to two years probation for having sex with a student at her home while her husband was out of town in 2022. Kindred will also have to register as a sex offender but only for a limited period of time. The fact that she was married makes this a case of adultery, but it's ridiculous that 17-year-olds are considered children. The threshold for consent and adulthood should be lowered down to 15 which, interestingly, coincides with the original meaning of the Hispanic quinceañera tradition.
The poor kid got arm, elbow, shoulder and wrist trauma from all the High Fives he was getting. We should start a GoFund Me for the poor lad.p
