Citizens of Surprise, Arizona remember when you go to the voting booths that the Mayor and city council how the police chief in your city and set the standards for how their officers must be trained in order to be hired and keep their jobs as officers. You can elect someone who will require that the Chief and any officers he hires MUST know the laws they are enforcing and know what rights you have as citizens. Also pay attention to who you vote for as sheriff as they can hold the cities officers when they break the law as well.

The officer acted with absolute speed ti accomplish his mission of violating her rights. How will he like the DOJ to act with absolute speed in throwing him and the Chief and the mayor in Federal Prison for 7 yrs.
