I’d read about the cat ladies before there was a sentence. This is so disgusting even bothering the ladies helping so many unfortunate strays out there whether it be cats, dogs, etc. So much horrific crime out there with the perps walking around and thus is what the police zeroed in on?whomever thought this was needed must just had a lobotomy. Any judge that felt a jail sentence appropriate must have suffered a lobotomy as well.

I absolutely love Ana and her podcasts but to say that the story about the cat ladies was a Christmas gift and would make us laugh? That was incredibly heartbreaking to see such harm to elderly ladies who were doing such a kind and loving help to animals to their community😭
We have a crazy cat guy in our neighborhood. Thinks he owns our bike path by imminent domain. The cats suffer when people do this without a spay and release program in place. Unless they are working for a rescue they just cause more problems all around

I think it was a terrible accident and just all went bad for her….. besides, his stepfather, Tom was a pervert. keeping photos on the computer. Of her is pretty sick. and another thing, a woman years before Jade‘s mother, married Tom, he was accused of sexually, assaulting another woman, and made her drop the charges ……. justice for Jade Jenkins, ……. from what i've seen of america over the past 5/6 years i wouldn't sentence my dog to live there . he couldn't do something so terrible to deserve that.
If she found out and immediately killed him. Okay, understandable. But she planned it, asked some people several times, some even refused and reported her. She could've stop and just report him to the police. But she continued on, killed him and then tried to hide the crime.
The cell phone evidences is the final nail. Maybe she didn't deserved life sentence but she's definitely guilty.

This would never happen in Charlotte,North Carolina! I have been doing feral cat rescue for 20 years and I partnered with Mecklenburg County Animal Care & Control, which are the police and they provide food for my ferals and spay and neuter for free. Also, cats can not live on mice and birds and they live horrible lives on a diet like that. They stay sick and malnourished! ❤️🐱

Watching cops do this to an 85 year old is why people don't like cops. I've seen people covered on this channel that got less for literal murder.
I don't believe she killed him. One of my uncles done the same thing, as soon as he was out of the hospital after spending there 5 weeks being treated for Covid, he asked my ant to stop in liquor store and get him largest bottle of Whiskey. She refused. He later asked his neighbor to get it. My uncle died to days later from alcohol poisoning.
This woman probably thought that she will be blamed for his death cause she left vulnerable adult alone and drunk in a car on the drive way for entire night…discovering him dead, she panicked and done few stupid things.

She didn’t “throw” the keys. She handed them to him roughly, but by no means did she throw them. Go look at some DUI and reckless driving arrests to see thrown keys. Is this only a partial video? Because I didn’t see the cops do anything calmly and peacefully. They were stern and aggressive right off the bat. I’d also like to know who originally told them to make the ladies leave. I live in Alabama and I find it appalling that two elderly women are being hassled and harassed like this when they could be doing something productive. For instance, they could be trying to get the fentanyl off the streets. They could be stopping robberies and reckless driving and a whole plethora of other things. Whether the ladies were in the right or wrong, they were trying to do something good and this could’ve been handled so much differently. Maybe call one of their family members and have them come get them. Arresting them wasn’t necessary and if the cop that had the keys handed to him was upset or hurt, he needs to put his big boy pants on. Give me a break! It’s a perfect example of cops using their authority in completely the wrong way. I just heard the verdict and punishment and now I’m really furious.
