  1. Thank you Joshua and Adante for discussing these cases from both the prosecution and defense’s point of view on these cases.

  2. My opinion on why he did this is: 1 He thought he would get away with it. 2 He wanted to be able to discuss and teach on this case in his classes, being the only person in the class knew it was him and he got away with it!

  3. How strange is his case after HIM studying CRIMINOLOGY how did he end up on the OTHER SIDE of the LAW.
As we wait AGAIN for JUSTICE for the victims and their family.

  4. Is there anyone there at crime watch daily who can address a “fascinating” story that has cause a family heartbreak for 50 years? Marialice Clark was only 14 years old (a black child) when she went missing in Omaha Nebraska after an alleged cooperating with the atf to bring charges against Ed poindexter and the now deceased David rice in 1972… she disappeared.. the government has denied lied, and covered up this story for 50 YEARS. Her only living sibling who cares is my uncle ed and he has been searching for his sister for 50 years….. HELP MY FAMILY FIND ANSWERS! Please!

  5. Why does defense attorney pull every trick and even try to put doubt in juror's mind to get obvious "killers" off the hook so they can go out and kill again?

  6. This attorney’s comments and opinions are ridiculous. “Circumstantial”??? What? And after hearing people repeat over and over “close to the vest”, can someone explain to me exactly how law enforcement keeping everything “close to the vest” helped get an arrest? Had they not, would they have not been able to come up with a suspect? People love to repeat what others are saying without thinking through what they’re saying.

  7. Here is what I just do not get – this was a military precision killing. MILITARY- , 4 people in 7 minutes flat, with little noise, certainly you dont learn that kind of technique in graduate school. I am thinking military knife, military killing –

  8. Usually circumstantial evidence if taken individually can be refutable but when there's so much evidence that's when it all makes sense and you can build a strong case based on it. So it is not so simple as saying anybody can be around that area and not the criminal. Well, yes but when coincidences are overwhelming, what does that tell you. I'm looking forward to this trial.
