On January 30th, 2023, 75-year-old Arizona rancher George Alan Kelly allegedly shot and killed Gabriel Cuen Buitimea, whom he accused of trespassing on his ranch in Keno Springs after crossing the Mexican border. Kelly and his wife were concerned about cartels trafficking drugs and people before the deadly incident happened. Reports also say Buitimea had a history of illegally crossing the border. Kelly is charged with second-degree murder and aggravated assault.

I don't have much faith in the border patrol!!! Most I've seen right now have been Mexican, and 2 of the the cases i watched in Laredo, tx.have both killed women and their own baby!! So on this case,poor George Kelly' doesn't stand a chance!! You dont have no rights on your own property!!!!!
This is very boring for a jury and I guess it’s why we have zero objections, especially to saying he couldn’t testify to it but hey let’s ask anyway, why are we referencing other cases that have nothing to do with this case in reference to some random lady shot?
I know you can’t testify to this but no objection to me planting the seed in the jury’s heads. Facts not in evidence.
