Bodycam footage shows Michigan police arresting a Wisconsin man after he crossed state lines to meet up with a 15-year-old. A teen’s parents alerted police after Todd Allen Stafford sent concerning text messages to their child. The Iron Mountain Police Department reached out to Stafford, posing as a teenager, and lured him to meet at a local park where they surrounded him. Stafford was found guilty of enticing a minor and two counts of crossing state lines to engage in illicit conduct.
