Officers Pittman and Shneider attempt to stop an older Hispanic male riding his bike in the middle of the road. The bicyclist doesn’t stop, rides to a near by apartment and runs inside. After calling out all the subjects that are inside the apartment, Officer Shneider discovers that the bike rider fled out the back door. After searching the neighborhood the bicyclist is located in the bathtub of a near by apartment.

This is one of the worst police departments in America. This officer (Matthew Schnieder) is currently being charged with multiple felonies for tazing a non-resisting man 11 times. Including – while handcuffed, pulling the suspects pants down and tazing him in the testicles!
It took years for this to come out and the department is still trying to cover it up –
I personally say the majority of this department (Yes, literally more than 50%) are much worse than the "criminal" in this video and deserve much longer prison sentences for how they assault people on a daily basis. Including the superiors for allowing and covering up these actions
Lawful stop but I gotta say, bike laws are nuts dude. Sometimes its illegal to ride on the sidewalk, maybe it’s illegal to ride on the wrong side of the road, maybe its illegal to ride without a helmet, its actually bullshit that theres no standard. If your going to enforce all the laws then why no license or training required? That would also be bs but at least tell people the rules man.

WTF?? Did these cops seriously kick a door down, pointed their guns and took down a dangerous suspect– all while inches away from a baby?? This is unbelievable to me! They didn't even have the decency nor care to get the baby away from the room first before doing anything– hell, that cop actually used the baby's stroller to support himself, it makes me wonder if they wouldn't have used the baby as a shield! I can't believe this! I thought a cop's first duty is the preservation of life…?? I don't even have kids and this was so wrong to me! Wow, just wow! 😨
