These attorneys are acting in desperation.
I dont blame the judge honestly. That attorney should've kept he mouth shut.
When he was making these statements I almost believed him. He actually seemed legit. But, I quit watching him because he was way out there. I can't believe he ruined himself like this. By the way, I'm not a crazy like you called people who watched his videos.
so sad alex jones killed all those kids, i hope the families get justice and infowars gets shut down ! (btw you are msm stooges, its sickening to hear you fawn over this show trial and the off the rockers judge, stop talking about alex jones he is ten times the journalist you both are, willing to admit his mistakes and unrelenting in questioning government and media narratives.)
So Jake is screwed once they testify but why not give it a chance, might get lucky !
having an audio recording in public trial is fine but i believe that every person in there should have the right to decide if they want their faces to be blurred or not.. it just makes sense in a human rights way for someone to decide weather or not they want to be on camera or not.. of course you should still be able to hear what they're saying tho… otherwise it defeats the purpose of it being public.. idk it just makes sense to me.. people are weird.
I feel like all witnesses should at least be recorded. If they don’t want to be filmed…okay. But the testimony should be recorded for the public.
I think every video posted about Alex Jones should have him gracing the thumbnails with his incredulous look of shock and disbelief.

I agree with the Judge in the Cruz case. The victims family had to show up, jurors had to be there, bottom line, it was unprofessional by the defense attorney.
OJ and Rittenhouse were found not guilty so that means televised trials tend to favor the defendant? What about the hundreds of counter examples where the trial was fully televised and the defendant was found guilty?
I agree that it’s a little weird for law enforcement to not want to testify on camera given that many of them are required to wear cameras, work in buildings chock full of them, and drive cars equipped with them. Some more transparency couldn’t hurt there.
Gee, do any of these moronic murderers in the Wagner clan have custody of that child NOW? DUH. It's as bad as Chris Watts brutally murdering and disposing of his two daughters and son/pregnant wife planning to be with that nasty mistress/home wrecker #2. DUH.

There have been so many mass shootings I can’t even keep up anymore. I’m missing entire mass shootings.
Very frustrating and difficult to watch a trial with gaps/black screens during testimonies. The public has waited for 6 years to get answers to the murdered of an entire family/8 people.
Too bad we couldn't at least hear the audio of their testimonies.
I'm conflicted re: state/county/city employees given the choice to opt out of being recorded.
However, I'm NOT conflicted about the incarcerated opting out. . I believe Jake and Angela should not have this tight!.
I believe they have a responsibility to testify on camera as part of their guilty pleas.
