Karen Read is accused of driving drunk and hitting her boyfriend, Boston Police officer John O’Keefe, and leaving him to die in January 2022. Read has maintained she’s the victim of a massive police conspiracy while prosecutors say she admitted to hitting O’Keefe. Now Read is demanding the indictment be dismissed and the prosecutor be removed from the case. The reason why the Commonwealth doesn’t want to dismiss charges & find the real murder is because, every investigation from the lead investigator in the MSP in the past would be reopened ,retired, or opened up and that would cause the Commonwealth to wasted tax payers dollars on a corrupt state trooper who lies about other post investigations!

An OBVIOUSLY hostile judge like this one will not toss out the indictment, but the defense had to make the motion in order to preserve all their future appeal rights.

This former prosecutor’s thinking seems a little off. His thought process is all over the place. I’m more inclined to go with what the journalist is saying. Traditional journalists try to ferret out the truth and report what they find. The journalists comments were straightforward and a lot more logical. The missing evidence and the relationships between the investigators and the others seems a bit too cosy for my liking.
Something isn’t right about this case, especially in light of what the FBI’s hired investigator’s findings.
