CPU Copwatch Patrol Unit has seen a very big uptake with officers writing bogus tickets to measure up on their monthly quotas…Like this guy being pulled over on his scooter, the only legit reason why this guy got stopped was because of a helmet moving violation which turned into 4 summonses…1 legit and 3 bogus summonses… And yes I seen the whole shit from the beginning. CPU has enough data to say that these quotas are only affecting people of color in minority communities……#NYPD
