Its a shame that people of color in minority areas like East Harlem cannot enjoy the 4th of July without a army of #NYPD Officers harassing and breaking a legal innocent family gathering on a day this country calls the beginning of their independance…..These types of policing do not occur in white privileged areas where this same kind of gatherings are also going on in their parks…..
