24. That first officer is unstable. He should be removed from duty right away. He is obviously a danger to the public. The second officer was obviously well trained and has the proper temperament to be an officer. I hope his whole department conducts themselves as honorable as he did. These guys also acted properly and I am glad they refused to be bullied and let their constitutional freedoms be trampled on.
