12. I didn't watch this video as I have seen many on this moron. I do have a statement. Anybody claiming to be victim of a hate crime and it is a hoax, should have the same, if not, more severe penalties than that of which the crime would carry if really committed. On top of that they should be billed the entire cost of every resource put into investigating that fake crime.

13. solving problems tend to cost more money and take longer. better to just set some patches on it and move on 😛

    it was explained to me the reason people do this is the mindset is "now people will pay attention to this issue" after they make the fake crime. which is kinda stupid. sure it might work but it also shows just how crazy the people are that are involved with x party or x issue.

16. If each state has criminal charges for filling false reports, then why do so many still do it? Oh yeah, because the media does not report and what happens to them after the fact. The news just says "oops it wasn't true." And no more from that story. Tell the world about the fines jail time and other charges. Make people afraid to file false reports. I believed (Until I hear reports still do) the person accused has their lives destroyed while the accuser gets a slap on the wrist.

    problem is tho, ive got a pretty LONG record of mostly petty crimes but some felony charges as well……
