21. This is insane there's a video of it it's clear as day what happens and still nothing

22. As of today Jeff Weinhaus is still in the hole. He's been in there since about the 6th of January. I called the prison again today and spoke to his counselor. She still says that they're investigating and can't say when they'll let him out nor why they put him in. This is the third time in two years that they've done this. Every time they do it they give some stupid excuse about how someone planned to break him out of prison or how they didn't like what someone out on the outside said about his case. Not once has Jeff done anything to get thrown in the hole. I fully believe that this time they're trying to keep him from working with his lawyer to file a habeas corpus on several grounds only one being Brady violations. I'm told that there will be a hearing at the prison on the 6th of Feb. to discover the findings from their ridiculous investigation.
