  1. 😂😂😂Soo kinked drain caused a leak and a leak shorted a module which screwed up a 90k vehicle. My e90 BMW had a similar leaking issue.

  2. Sometimes I think you're lucky. I'm wrong. You are smart. Your imagination, creativity and experience make you ideally suited for what you do. Keep up the great work. Your stories and adventures are a pleasure to watch.

  3. If you go back to your first video and pay close attention, you'll notice a drip of water from the dash to the floor. I did. Moot point now.

  4. Too much bullshit added to cars nowadays. Go back to when cars were more simple, fun, easier to fix and cheaper the fix. 2 guys with an engine lift could replace a new motor in about a weekend beer included. No computer modules, computer display's, no computer anything. just mechanical. Gawd, I really miss those days

  5. Had the same problem with my 2006 325xi (120K) last year on the passenger side. Floor was flooded both front and rear. Ended up taking the entire interior out, carpet to headliner. Dried the Footwell Module in a dehydrator, shampooed carpets, treated and cleaned the seats, cleaned all plastic parts, vacuumed the headliner,(entire interior is Saddle Tan) re-assembled it, and gave the car to my son.

  6. Drano was moronic, rip the headliner out and put on new sunroof drains, draw a hole in the rocker panel and run it out to the ground seal it with silicone sealer, trim the excess off you’re done. Now fix your electrical problems. Drano is the last thing you need getting on that dashboard and airbag.

  7. Looks like my 2004 Rover 25. I had that much water in due to a leak in the bulk head. Had to completely remove the dash, but it’s a lot simpler than a BMW to work on

  8. I don’t understand how this is a manufacturing defect? Why is bmw at fault that the drain system was clogged ? It’s not their fault that nature made its way into the vehicle and the owner didn’t take responsibility to have it cleaned it should be serviced frequently depending on use and weather conditions people just want to blame the manufacturer all the time when it’s user negligence 80% of the time and stupid customers will never accept that they just want everything free and blame everyone but themselves

  9. Had an 1999 Audi A8 with the same problem. Every time it would rain it got flooded. Thankfully no electrical problem.

  10. But what about the limp mode that it went into during the last drive, didn't seem like it was caused by electrical issues? Also that pillar airbag got wet, wouldn't it make it dangerous?

  11. I have the same problem with my Cadillac, will try to fix. I tried poking it with line didnt work mine even goes to the trunk so check in the tire well it was almost full i poked holes to get it out.

  12. I’d be dropping the roof liner and doing what is necessary to change or upgrade that drain. It’s too much hassle if it blocks again.

  13. This is why I hate sunroofs lol. Mine stopped working stuck open. Just broke the brackets and used silicone to seal it.
