Why are these so cheap? The Volkswagen Touareg TDI V10 Diesel was an Ultimate 4×4 Offroad Luxury SUV when it debuted in 2004. Now they can be had for next to nothing, but I’ll show you why…

  1. I had an ecoflow river unit last year and the solar charging feature (the biggest reason i needed it) failed after the second use making it a big power bank. They weren't any help in repairing/replacing the unit.

  2. Can’t compare a $20 flex that needs welded in but ur rite that repair can be down cheaper than that g for dealer part muffler shops weld em in

  3. Because these products are piece of shit appliances that you find at the big box store that are made to fail just outside out of base warranty.

  4. the reason why they fail more is because they use cheap parts on American versions of their cars because we are a consumer driven country

  5. If you ever think about owning one of these…. price up 10 diesel injectors and glow plugs for it first 😂.

Most of these need to be done as a minimum on higher mileage units.

  6. hahaha….you guys in the USA are crazy! do you all throw money out the window that easy for repairs of an old car? just replaced two airshocks on my Mercedes GLS because one blew. they did cost $60 and were installed in 40 minutes…how stupid can one be to spend thousands on a singel repair?

  7. "it's a Diesel, it's not efficient" is the most spupid sentence i ever heared on a car channel 🤦🏻‍♂

  8. As an owner of most European brands, at some point, they are poorly engineered for hotter climates. Living in Houston makes it interesting. Tesla's hold up better.

  9. my dads 2006 mercedes cls 500 airmatic suspension went out a year ago like all 4 bags had to be replaced, my dad was quoted 10k and it didn’t even include the labor costs

  10. Because a number of cylinders has nothing to do with how good a car is, how it drives, how reliable it is, and mostly crap brands like VW do that because they cannot make reliable enough smaller engines 🙂 Also, every repair on that will cost like you own a 50k car 🙂 Run away from any cheap car like that.
