I saw this Porsche Cayman listed at auction with an engine problem. It looked pretty basic, except there was a photo of some red pipes on the underside of the car. It turns out this car was highly modified including a $12,000 Turbo Kit. The bid went Dirt Cheap, I won it and immediately spotted the issue! It turns out it wasn’t as bad as the seller probably thought…

  1. Jahovah gives Cornelius and his family holy spirit before they were baptized. The apostle Peter was a witness to this fact. God is not partial

  2. Mr. Samrac please cut the filter open width wise. Oil flows in the middle through it outwards. You could have particulate inside that filter. Love your show!

  3. Every Repo Car has a Green Christmas Tree hanging from its rear view mirror. Every auction car has a TPMS Light on. Must be some kind of Omen.

  4. Running theme with this guy's cars – They're nearly all high mileage. So yeah you fix the issue that killed it and get it back on the road. But at 200k miles, who really wants that BMW now? Will anyone even buy it? They get to put 1,500 miles on it before it needs another $20k in repairs. These cars are just junk, they only way they wouldn't be junk is if you somehow got access to cheap parts. That said, it's probably worth storing them somewhere for 20 years, until the technology becomes available to fix them easily by just making your own parts.

  5. Some people are commenting that Sam is lucky to have knowledgeable commenters. True, but he earns them by being polite, showing them respect and thanking them. Many experts only ask for a "thanks".

  6. ¡Que tontería!, compré un Ferrari 250 GT LWB California Spider Competizione de 1959 por $15 y cuando abrí la guantera estaba un boleto de lotto premiado con $58Millones… Y no hago como algunos que suben un video para poder comer…
