I Bought a Cheap Junk Corvette at the Salvage Auction. It looked clean in the photos and that was for a good reason. We just scored a Time Capsule that was basically a New Car…

What is "sodder"? (the only "sod" I know is that of turf)
Sold…er, remember there is an L in there. 😊 proper English old chap. 😂
What the hell is wrong with that starter? L!

Manda pá mim aqui no brazil
If it had engine or chassis problems that were beyond repair, it would be justified to take it to the scrapyard. As the saying goes, “He who does not know what he wants, sometimes loses what he has and sometimes discovers that he lost exactly what he wanted.”
Save it. Get 15k. Even 10k. Let someone's corvette dream come to reality.
No C4 is selling north of $20K.
List it with low miles and it would get more then 20.
Can’t you get a lot or a garage to store all those cars. Using a field is not good.
Muchas gracias megustaria saber si la vende y cuanto vale
1 MILLION VIEWS off a $ 3,000 car and STILL GREEDY!!!
Sell it to a FLA (LOOKS LIKE YOU in FLA) who normally can't afford what a Carpet bagger can!
Sell it to an Hourly Mason or Roofer who been off dope for 5 years!!!
EU GOSTARIA MUITO DE COMPRA-LO, MAS NÃO TENHO DINHEIRO, AQUI EM CANAVIEIRA PIAUÍ BRASIL, 29/08/2024.
If it has a junk title, you can never put it on the road again, you can only use it for parts.
You have a Ferarri in a barn?
Switch the VIN # !
The genius that invented the solder schrink socket ,did it in 1940 ww2 standard issue for radio field operators, only they used gunpowder to generate the heat
I would rather have a salvage title and keep it unregistered! When you know you know!
Is it for sale ?
Don’t worry, the smoke is gonna come in a little bit after running all that rusty metal through your injectors, wiping out the piston rings best bet on these projects change the tank their cheap easy to change I enjoy your videos
If I'm lucky enough to find a low miless Corvette with a flood title, and I have every reason to believe it was never actually flooded, AND I'm able to get it running perfectly for under a grand, I'm not parting it, I'm keeping it for myself.
Part it out and move on. Nice by. There are much better choices than a C4.
The bad thing about a car with no miles usually has a lot of hours on the motor just sitting running doing nothing but heating up
You should have drained the gas before you tried to start it. Gas lines full of trash.
U can drain it with the pump and pour a gas tank seal kit inside and you're done.
Solder stick
That's great tech
The way to tell if a car has been flooded. Is there will be a rusty line the same height around the car engine bay
I bought a brand NEW 1994 Corvette. The most horrifying piece of shit I’ve ever owned. The last shevvie I’ll ever own! My second corvet. They deleted the FRAME to save money. If you take out the roof panel, you have to drive around until you find a perfectly flat surface or you’ll never get it back in the roof because the car is so flexible that it takes up the contour of the road surface.. also if you go over bumps, the whole car will start to oscillate and the steering wheel and the dashboard will fly to the left and right while the back of the car is going in the opposite direction!!! I couldn’t get rid of it fast enough and I lost a whole Lotta money on it.
It doesn’t surprise me at all that somebody just abandoned it! Clean it up and unload it on somebody who doesn’t know any better.
So sad
Don't part out the low mile survivor, what's wrong with you?
Salt or fresh water flood?
Im interested in te vett. Whatya want for it. No joke.
Wow. You don't kniw much about fixing cars that have been sitting, do you? Why would you try starting that car !z before you cleaned out the tank? And who told you to run solvent and old lacquer through your entire fuel system and engine. You might want to find a different way to make videos. Weird.
Old gas
