  1. Cut your losses but sue them in civil court. You burn your bridges with that one auction house….but if they were reputable, they would have taken the vehicle back, especially if you have bought from them before. They knew exactly that the engine and transmission were bad. They drive them before they sell them. They should have priced and disclosed it accordingly. In most states you can sue for 3 times the value of the item.

  2. It has a shifter that would look cheap even in a golf cart. They took the shifter from the Barbie cars at Walmart and put it in a exotic sport machine. Wow

  3. Sounds like copart got the better deal here, personaly I would of returned the vehicle. Doubtful that mileage is correct either, that souped up FIAT shouldn't have that level of ring wear at 34k miles. Did you check for matching numbers, rear rotor wear?

  4. How could somebody with a car like this, abuse and destroy it like that? I have seen Fox body Mustangs that have over 100,000 miles on it that are nicer than this. Sam you got balls I’ll give you that.

  5. Ferraris always were one of the worst bang for your bucks when you can get a Corvette that was faster for like a quarter of the price but I know they were made just for people that are Ultra rich just exclusive cars.

  6. 10:38 Good thing he didn't "Paul Walker" you m8! This is why I never get into cars with someone who goes: "Wonna see what my car can do?"! LOL

  7. Sue them for the false advertising? Like seriously I'm not a car guy – and I can tell that ain't right! They knew – that's all you need to prove.

  8. This is definitely copart because those people are pieces of shit scam artists man. Almost sued them for a truck I bought that had a blown headgasket and found out was totalled twice. They sent me a check because they knew they were in the wrong and banned me from buying anymore cars…blessing in disguise! Trashy ass garbage humans at copart man

  9. Yeah man Gravy does not make good transmission fluid. My gramma did say her gravy worked miracles but not this time. Sounds like the Auction House is run by the Department Of Justice can't get the truth to save your life.

  10. Yeah man you get a lemon Ferrari and it will cost you a pretty penny…The mechanical specs on those cars are tight as F….If you don't have the factory tools or have everything perfect it's a nightmare.

  11. Had a similar issue with a 2006 lotus Elise, end up selling it at a 50% loss to avoid the stress. Made the loss back with crypto.
