After just a few weeks with my new to me cheap Tesla Model S, it finally broke. It seemed like it would be a straight forward fix, but because everything on this car is electronic and driven by computers, it added a few days time to what should’ve taken a few hours! Plus I fix my Mom’s Italian SUV and install a fresh set of @bilsteinUS PSS9 Coilovers on our Turbo Porsche Cayman Project!

  1. @3:30 you were talking about your know it all brother….mom must be proud she has at least 2 know it all sons….glad you just happened to leave out that the tire store wanted to replace your bothers bmws tires with the correct matching brand tires as well as the ones they quoted were runflats which cost $230-295 each to the tire store. Can you put cheep azz tires on it and save money? Yeah sure….should u? Probably not. If you bought a bmw you should be ready for more expensive up keep. Comes with the territory. From my experience bmw and benz owners are the cheapest owners ive come across because they financed a car they could just barlely afford and didnt factor in more expensive up keep. Soo thanks for telling people they can get tires for a 1/4 of the price if they dont go to a shop…because its not really true. Will you save some money….yeah sure, you also save money by cooking at home as well, or doing your own plumbing, or installing your own hvac system. Auto shops are a business not a charity. And it gets annoying when people see your videos and go i know someone cheaper. When there car fails inspection for tires, or brakes. Then they go to the (cheaper) place that ends up not being as cheap as they assumed. Then have to bring it back to me. Wait and wait until i can get it back in and reinspect it. I guess saving $20-40 bucks is cool and all if your time is worthless. By the time i researched someone else had them fix it and bring it back to the original shop your talking several hours to several days. To me thats not worth the hassle but ohh well.
