  1. Love how you troubleshoot the issues with those service bulletins. Is it normal for the battery voltage to drop to 10 bolts when cranking, I thought that it needed to stay at 12 volts minimum!!!

  2. Shouldn't they detail everything wrong with it if it's listed "as-is"? Seems like they are still scamming people just trying to offload it for just $10k less then value. It's like they are washing their hands of it and let other people deal with the problem but still making money off it, seems Wrong. Seems like any "as-is" car should be Sold %50 off market value.

  3. Voltage is potential energy; amperage or cranking amps is the output of the battery and a better indicator of the battery’s performance

  4. Had a friend with a great deal on a 2005 760i with all sorts of sensor codes being thrown, battery read over 12 volts but eventually the battery got so bad it needed jumped every time you started the car. After replacing the battery all the codes went awayf

  5. Looks like the sensors that came with the bumper cover were spray painted over to match the cover. Do the sensors come in certain colors?

  6. We crossed the rubicon with the complete computerization of vehicles. That a vehicle like this is almost rendered useless because of technological components is a shame.

  7. Why in the world would someone repair new car like it was previously repaired? Thats such shotty worksmanship. No wonder insurance costs are so high. Dealers and body shops charge an arm and a leg and then they just put three bolts on and a quick spray job. Its just so disappointing to see that someone doesnt care about theor job

  8. How do you have a channel like this but you don't seem to understand difference between cranking amps and voltage on a car battery. The auto store checks five different things not just voltage, good voltage don't mean shit.
