Literally just put an abonded vehicle paper work on it or pay a local tiw company to "impound it " then sell it back to you.
Given the fact that the school bus company I work for was able to get flooded buselses from Texas, fix them up, and get titles and inspection passed stickers for them, youd probably be able to get that thing road-legal fairly easily.
Take time to do it right or take time to do it twice… lol. In this case it's better so another video can be rolled out. That fuel tank is slam full of chud still.
