We bought a super cheap Audi RS7 after it Failed to sell on Cars & Bids, and immediately took it to the dealer where we were quoted over $4,000 to fix all of its problems. Wait till you see how overpriced this quote was…

  1. Audi are thieves, they really are. My Mrs' 17' 8U RSQ3 has very expensive front brakes, 8 pots and Audi wants $6000 to change them. Found a suitable set for $1000 with high quality pads. What a joke! Fantastic cars don't get me wrong, and need proper maintenance but sheesh.

  2. When I worked at Audi as a tech I never had to remove the turbos to replace these screens I hope they didn’t actually do that unless the turbo needed to be replaced because of they did I’d question their actual skill and abilities.

  3. Video was decent but jesus that rotor "resurfacing job" was horrific. Only does one side, not to mention how terrible that tool is going to do of evenly resurfacing the face of a rotor.

And all so he can recommend some cheap ass Amazon tool so he can make a few bucks in commission. Most people watching: just take your rotors to a local shop and get them properly resurfaced for cheap if not buying new rotors. If in an area where there's a lot of road salt, probably need new rotors anyways due to deep grooves.

If you have an expensive high performance car with drilled rotors, for Christ's sake just spend a bit and replace the fkn rotors. Rears or not. What a bunch of junk in this video

  4. Its wasnt a falsehood or negative idea. People knew you had the engine replaced, even tho it was doc'd and done at a dealership it doesnt matter, those cars ALWAYS sell cheaper and 75k for a 350 is dealership lot full pull. gtfo

  5. SUBSCRIBED!
There are ALSO sensors on the REAR corners of these vehicle which is where mine appears to be having an issue. One of these "purple"/black ones it was listed for sale here in Charlotte NC for right at $65K but it's odometer only showed 27K miles. We did not offer anything as my S7 that had a rear end hit was repairable

  6. Great vid! I love Audi, I have an older A6 that my son now drives and I want a newer A7. Great to see some things to look for and the scan tool is a great heads up. So did the car get new turbos under the recall or just the screen upgrade?

  7. The adjustment of the radar is off because of the rear alignment being out of tolerance. Delers usually preform 4wa in additional to adapting the radars and front camera for lane assist. And doing it correctly with boards and alignment machines is tricky at first but is a great money maker for us techs

  8. That was a steal. I own the same generation A7 (in Midnight Bluee), and I paid only about $10K less than you for it. I did have to replace the coils and spark plugs a bit after I bought it. But other than that, I am supeer happy with it.
