10. Good job filming this. I was expecting the Police to tell you to move back for your own safety. Personnaly, I thought the cops did a good job here. The first guy obviously had mobility problems and they didn't force his hands behind his back when it was clearly painful. They remained calm and efficient.

    All of this said, I think that your presence made a difference.

23. These cops these days are wusses most of them really are too paranoid and scared to be police officers and that's why they shoot people every day. Not every shooting is because they are scared sometimes because they are pissed too for not following their orders. Every cop should have a mental health evaluations at least once a year I think.
