  1. Be sober like I was. I’m fighting a Fake DUI of Cannabis charge from April 2015 with a court appointed attorney. When we lost the case I appealed so I could go before a Jury.
I go back to Wake county NC court January 28th 2019. JK Legan (former Wake County Sherrif now NC State Trooper) is Guilty of Lying against me and Threatening to kill me at the Checkpoint using intimidation in order to get False DUI convictions.
I have Suffered with PTSD ever since this Checkpoint, I have a panic attack if I get an unexpected visit at home, I’m afraid of law-enforcement & I think that they are out to kill me or lie against me to make money.
I have prayed on this for years and I have successfully started my own business as a Twitch Streamer but I just don’t make enough money for an attorney. I need help and I need prayers, I need people to share my GoFundMe and help me out

  2. Ok, the cop explains the HEEL TO TOE MOVEMENT 3 times. Then they will demonstrate how to do it and finally they ASK the person if they understand. So it's not that cops fault if she did it wrong

  3. u do not condone anyone driving a motorized vehicle while under the influence of a control substance be it alcohol or any drug that will impair the individuals judgement. i think those that violate the law and get caught, should have their driving privileges suspended for a one year the first offense, 5 years for a second offense and for a period of life time on the 3rd offense.

  4. I hate drinking and driving just as much as the next person but do we REALLY have to trample on our freedoms to do it? Is this Nazi Germany? Fuck these chickenshit "checkpoints".

  5. I would bet any sum of money that if police pulled me out of my car and started making me do these tests, I would fail just because how nervous I was. Even if I was sober, I've had enough bad run ins with police that I would be shaking for sure and therefore would fail the heel to toe walk and turn, and balance on one leg test.
