  1. Get rid of the DUI checkpoints all the cops need to do was sit outside of any bar and wait for people to come out what the hell Katman The girl with the giant bunny slippers did she go to jail how can you drive with those things on your feet

  2. @2:50, he makes a great point that most people choose to ignore. Just because you have a prescription for a controlled substance doesn't give you a pass to operate a motor vehicle while impaired as the result of taking Lorazepam, Hydrocodone, Ambien, etc. Mitigating your anxiety or back pain is inconsequential to my safety while I'm driving my car.

  3. Oh come on! You are normally very fair with your reporting but if someone backs up and does a uturn then it's fairly obvious something isn't right! Do you wan her on the road? I don't?

  4. Really funny. Too many big dummy people here that don't think these laws, (for all of our safety, after all of the dumbasses that killed innocent people created a need) apparently don't think apply to them! The key phrase here is: "don't think!" That's both too bad & too dumb! Lol & no lol!

  5. I'm from Chicago and our police don't waste their time on this kind of "check point." The police need to get out there and get the real violent offenders.

  6. You never pass a FST because has already decided that your under the influence. Thats why they do them. If you go to court they say to the judge. He failed the FST. Game over

  7. but you admit what she did was a crime so the victim in her case is herself for doing something that's illegal

  8. All you have to do is say, "I am Exercising my right to remain silent." They will keep asking questions but you must stick to remaining silent. You must also not consent to searches and tests ( field sobriety included). They are looking for probable cause to order a blood or breath test.

  9. Why would any want to live in California? I hear there's a mass exodus residents leaving California because of all the crazy laws.

  10. Drug recognition experts- what a load of crap. So glad I don’t live in that police state. HALT! Show us your papers! Shoot ze pot smokers!

  11. I really hate pulling the race card but she did nothing wrong son besides driving hella fast like that. They literally saw she was black and the car smelled like weed even though weed in California is now legalized for recreational use. The LAPD , CHP , and all cities in CA are corrupt agencies. Perfect example where Onus captured is the Torrance Tinted Windows video where two black males "suspected" of robbing cellphones where pulled over initially by the Torrance police for tinted windows. The males were the wrong suspects. But this shit happens over and over where cops mistaken black males all the time for someone else and what's so sad is that they will kill you without hesitation. Corruption in law enforcement needs to stop cause it honestly doesn't matter if the cop is black, white, blue, green, or purple. If your corrupt your corrupt and then the good officers that want to make change can't because they work with racist & corrupt cops. The whole system is fucked man.
