  1. Alcohol and drug addiction does not discriminate. He was definitely not in his right state of mind or he would have pulled over. Not his first time doing this unfortunately, his struggle was real. No more pain, no more suffering. 💔

  2. This was michael Lopez , he was my step dad . He wasn't armed , intoxicated , or looking for trouble . Yeah he should have stopped but it wasnt necessary to take his life for it . He wasn't a Gang banger or a trying to fight off the police but of course the police don't want you to know that . That shot and killed a man because he went on a short chase . Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but everyone's outlook is usually changed if it's their loved one taken by something like this . I know he meant nothing to you but we are trying to throw him a proper funeral it would be nice if anyone could check out his go fund me . https://www.gofundme.com/micheal-lopez thank you and god bless .

  3. That says a lot when they have a code (code 20) for people holding cops accountable. Be on your best behavior junior. Too bad that is what it has come down to.

  4. 0:47
at that point they were already done with it, couldn't care less, don't give a f*** mentality..
I wouldn't want to interact with a callused person(s) like that ever, be it neighbor or otherwise

  5. I heard the airship above my neighborhood at 2AM and knew something serious was up!

Heard the driver speed down PCH at close to 100MPH. He probably tried driving towards a police vehicle after the 2nd PIT maneuver, and that was probably the green light for the officers.

Not really picking a particular side, but this driver speeding down a street at 100MPH at 2AM, presumably drunk, I mean this was a dangerous person that these officers were dealing with, so lets not forget that.

  6. P.S. I'M GLAD MOST CITIZEN'S ARE NOT ZOMBIES TO REALLY BELIEVE THE TORRANCE POLICE DEPARTMENT. ACTIONS "MURDER IS MURDER"NO
MATTER HOW THEY WANT TO WORD IT.💪✌👊👍😎

  7. YEAH ONUS I'M GLAD YOU EXPOSED THEM IN THERE OWN LANGUAGE🤣😂 "RADIO CODES" .IM GLAD UR ON OUR SIDE👍💪👊

  8. Thanks for the video and all the hard work you do. I'm hoping that I will have mine up and going soon. I hope you will sub me when it's up and running the right way. ( YOU ROCK) AND AS ALWAYS (BE SAFE) AND MUCH LOVE. PEACE.

  9. I just called you to see if you were aware of this incident as I was listening to the scanner audio. I heard them call code 20 while they were still beeping 1033 and I knew it had to be you. Thanks for the video Katman. Torrance PD appears to be celebrating another killing today.

  10. Thanks for taking out the trash TPD. This drunk driver, also driving recklessly, could have taken out an entire family. You fools keep supporting losers like that who kill our children. You can go to hell with this sorry sack.

  11. Question –
first: great video, something I would expect to see parts of on the local news.
    THAT SAID!
How would you go about getting paid FROM the local news, if you've already posted the video, here?

  12. is this the guy being chased threw palos verdes 3x times? Lomita sheriff never got involved with the chase….which started with the palos verdes estates police…

  13. No gun found in the truck ? Shot for evading police ? No statements on the number of bullets inside the driver.

Isn't there a law stating that you cannot use guns or dynamite to catch a fish ? I guess not in Torrance

  14. The driver has died from his gunshot wounds…The initial stop was for suspected DUI.
The driver refused to pull over: A pit maneuver was used twice, and on the 2nd attempt the driver was stopped, and subsequently shot by police.
