24. I watch several of these videos every day. No one ever seems to address where all the other rounds land. This officer fired four times, and only hit him once or twice. I've seen many videos where they shoot over 10 times, and only hit the suspect two or three times. Many times it's in apartment complexes, or on the side of the road with cars driving by. I know that they are trained, but sometimes it just seems reckless.
