  1. This whole thing was a farce and now The New York Times have put out a false story against him I believe it's to intimidate him his poor family OMG

  2. "My biggest problem with all of this is just . . . the irony of, we are working on appointing someone to the highest court in the land by circumventing the very principles that make that court strong."

  3. You guys did a great job here!

I can understand various sides here including Ford's because I have a similar story in that I was raped about 20 yrs ago, whilst drunk by someone I barely knew, which i didnt report to anyone or talk about for at least 15yrs and of course by now there would be very little evidence to prove anything. If I was to find out that he was trying to get such a powerful job, I would have a real struggle of conscience about whether to tell someone about it. I think I might try reach out to my local representative and see what they thought about it, no actually, I would talk to a lawyer first about it but that's just me.

So I don't blame Ford, she might have been assaulted at a party that Kavanaugh attended and it might have been Kavanaugh who did it, that's almost besides the point BUT I do blame the democrats for handling it so poorly. They left no time for a proper investigation even if one could have yielded some answers. They should have come forward about Fords letter when they received it but they knew it's only power would be for it to be paraded in public and to drag Ford along with it.

HOWEVER Kavanaugh's self indulgent angry rant at the end did him no favours, I understand he was angry but someone of his position needs to be more composed in public. His rage filled facial expressions gave him the look of a man who was capable of assaulting someone, reality or not, it's all about how the public perceive him. If he had been more composed and gracious, this whole debacle could probably be pushed out of the public's immediate memory but with that rant I doubt it will be; it's going to be the first thing people remember every time his name is mentioned.

You guys were really good at pointing out the moral failings here. I think being mean and ridiculing Ford does conservatives very few favours, especially male conservatives who know very little about the female psyche after being sexually assaulted. So if you want to ridicule someone over this, ridicule and laugh about everyone and anyone else involved and indeed, there are plenty of laughs to be had about this. But laughing about or at Ford, who never wanted to be dangled in front of Republicans and the nation like a piece of incriminating meat to be picked apart by the vultures, is not only gross but it also furthers the narrative, true or not, a narrative that conservatives loathe being used – that she is a victim in this situation.

  4. THUMBS FUCKING DOWN 👎👎👎 The bitch WASN'T credible! The vast majority of people I know, liberal as well as conservative, thought she was completely lying.

  5. I CALL STRAIGHT BULLSHIT! See, I didn't know that the questioning was going to be done under the assumption that what Dr. Blow-me Ford was alleging was true, and that both sides agreed. But after I found out it made complete sense. The constant smiling back and forth between the prosecutor and Ford, the softball questions, the little joking moments. (Did you guys seriously miss all that?!) I was getting upset, because I've been questioned by prosecutors and it was never like that. But at least I have some clarity as to why. This was nothing more than a dog and pony show, not meant to get any results. What pisses me off the most is how everyone believes that something happened to Dr. Blow-me Ford. I didn't find her in the least bit credible, but unfortunately I only heard this echoed by alternative media, not once in the mainstream. SMH

  6. I was molested 65 yrs ago and can tell where and who, , but I really feel that Ford was lieing…it was horrible how they treated the judge, and I told family when it happened…..they wanted to ruin his life…because of hate…

  7. They need to put a limit on how long after a sexual assault you're able to come forward with legal action to follow! Like 5-10 yrs tops! And that's being nice in my opinion! It should be however long concrete evidence lasts! Because after that it's hear say! And as far as "innocent until proven guilty"… That's a crock of shit! It's opposite in reality! Or they wouldn't be able to lock you up until your trial for crimes they can't prove on the spot/caught you red handed! And if they let you out you have to pay them (bail) for that privilege! If we're so "innocent" then that would be illegally holding someone while you build the case. If you're not the government that charge would be known as kidnapping! Lol. But while you're in jail just remember you're innocent! Hence the cuffs and shackles! Good video Boys!

  8. The whole things was a joke on both sides of the aisle. The Republicans used it as a stage to attack Democrats and show their base how outraged they were that he was accused at all. The Democrats used it as a stage to attack Republicans and play to their base. I saw nothing on either side from any of the participants in this mess that showed me that a single one of them was actually interested in the truth.

  9. Term limits would end the foot dragging. If a party is so disorganized that they can't pass on information and goals, then what good are they? The progressive, and socialist movement is proof that they have too much time to pursue goals that are not essential to the common good of our society.
Also the tendency for liberals to back unsubstantiated accusations gives me pause when it comes to fairly represent this country.

  10. One thing to point out on the FBI situation: that was particularly stupid because the Senate literally has a lot more investigative power than the FBI. The FBI can't, for example, compell someone to testify before them or give them information. Unless they have a grand jury. The senate also doesn't need warrants or the courts to demand information from people. The senate can simply order it, and if you fail to comply, they'll send the sergeant at arms to arrest you for contempt of congress. The FBI can only do that if they get a judge to sign off, and they can only get a judge to sign off if they have probable cause, which they don't.

The senate could easily have summoned those witnesses. It could literally have them forcibly dragged into the senate chamber and forced to testify. The democrats just didn't want to, because they need there to be doubt about Kavenaugh, and having the witnesses come before the senate and testify that Ford's claims are false would destroy that narrative. The dems aren't done. If they take the house or senate in the midterms, or later, I expect they may try for impeachment, or they may just use it as a political tool.

  11. Well, Mike, there is one thing you need to keep in mind about all of this: SCOTUS and federal court justices, as well as the President, and Congressmen are largely immune from prosecution while part of these bodies. Why? Because you can't run the country from a prison cell and to allow them to just be arrested would hinder the functions of government. They have to be impeached BEFORE a criminal trial can begin against them. That requires the house to file articles of impeachment or vote to remove a congress person, and then for the Senate to convict and remove the person from office.

That's why the local police aren't involved now. You can't just arrest a federal judge. You have to remove him from office first. Same with POTUS.

  12. Well just know it's the republicans and the conservatives that support your stupid tyrannical asses.. Be careful of what you say.. because I try endlessly to teach these conservatives that claim to love freedom how you people really are..

  13. No more thugs in blue and black, we just want our freedom back .
. Blue lies matter we live in fear, Blue ISIS murders 1200 a year .
We need this violence and abuse to stop, tell that to your loving cops .
No victim no crime until they invent it, all Cops are Corrupt and Sadistic

  14. It would be interesting because I see these two as so comical to see them like GET THE FUCK DOWN OR ILL BLOW YOUR FUCKING HEAD OFF! Not that I want them to be in those situations it would just be strange to see, if you guys got any bad ass body cam footage you should post it if you can

  15. I was in favor of him who knows it happened 30 years ago and it's not like he raped her. But then he got up there and lied about Devil's Triangle and vomiting after drinking too much and being an alumni of everyone banging the same girl and stuff like that. That's when he lost my support. Don't lie to my face…" I was really drunk I thought she was into me" that's one thing. You're not drunk now… I agree that the Dems held this out until the very end too politically screw him over. That was wrong of Finestein. But the idea she made 100% of this up from Square One? Come on.

  16. This is completely off topic in terms of the content of this video. Finally we know what it takes to convict a dirty, racist cop of murder: video of him shooting a kid 16 times while standing over him. He gave me a menacing look? What a coward. I hope he gets the maximum penalty under the law. What a shock that the majority of the commentators here support kavanaugh and debase Dr. Ford. They are so terrified of losing status.

  17. Mike and big Dave love your channel, keep up the good work, both of you,god bless both of you awsome job

  18. Can I just say real quick, IF (and this is a big if) Kavanaugh did do what Dr. Ford is accusing him of she has no case. There are multiple witnesses that say this event did not happen and there is no reason to not believe these witnesses. This alleged "rape" was 36 years ago. Any evidence of this event, if any, is long gone by now. There is no possible way that Kavanaugh would be convicted based solely on what has been presented thus far. And most of this questioning is borderline Deformation of Character or slandering against Kavanaugh.

  19. Does Dave have a Twitter account? If so, I would follow him in a heartbeat. That "Mike the Cop" guy is okay too…I guess.
