Dash cam and body cam video made public by university police shows student Blayk Puckett being pulled over for a broken taillight. Police also noticed that he had a magic kit in his pocket by the driver whose license plate reads “JUGGLER.” During the traffic stop, Police asked Puckett what was in one of his pockets, which turned out to be some of his magic equipment. Puckett offered to perform a juggling trick for officers, who caught the moment on cell phone camera.

"going below the speed limit indicated impaired driving". I hate this logic. There's no minimum speed in most places, and going above the (often too low) limit makes you laible for speeding. So, damned if you do damned if you don't.
