The NYPD has a unit called the homeless Outreach Unit (HOU) that supposedly transports homeless people to local shelters, however under the new executive law, this homeless man sleeping in the subway after 1am was given a Jail Cell instead of calling the NYPD Homeless Outreach Unit (HOU) to provide shelter to this man that was only looking to sleep, not commit a crime…Plus the massive amount of officers responding is excessive and uncalled for…The “Homeless Outreach Unit” Is a fuckin scam and they can shove Thier unit up thieir ass. #copwatch #copwatcher #copwatchpatrolunit
