Officers were already told to not pull out and search people out of their cars if being filmed by a reputable organization like (Copwatch Patrol Unit) …..Officers, especially in minority areas usually violate the Rights of People of Color everyday…these people did not commit a traffic infraction or any other Crime to justify the stop, however, they were stopped and harassed by the Anti-Crime Unit and let go…No infraction, No Crime, No reason. ….
