LOCATION: Harlem
CPU just received a complaint about Anti-Crime Officers from the 28Pct assaulting citizens from that Community for not moving fast enough from a corner him and his friends were at congregating legally…Officers also failed to provide their names & shield numbers when requested by them, but instead these Officers assaulted these brothers and falsely arrested them, but then let go at the Pct.
CPU will be sending a team out to that area to collect all names of Officers involved & file complaints against ALL INVOLVED…..
