Officers continue to illegally pull vehicles over in Minority Communities, harassing motorists of Color by stopping them without Just Cause and Searching their vehicles without owner consent, where CPU does not see this kind of practice in white communities….This guy was harassed, searched, and humiliated in front of other motorists…and as you can see that in the end this man did not receive ANY SUMMONS, but just a major inconvienence. THE NYPD MUST STOP THIS PRACTICE…CPU is the only person that has record of this undocumented stop…This stop was not called in to dispatch, nor is their record of this stop…..
