An #NYPD Officer backed his RMP Van into a parked private cab (Uber) ….he jumped out of the vehicle, laughed and jumped back into the van and left the scene and never came back….The NYPD Patrol Guide directs officers to immediately call for a supervisor, fill out a report, place a copy of that report under the window wiper of that vehicle with a brief explanation and contact info of who filed the report, they are also soposed to take pictures of the damages….This officer damaged a legally parked vehicle and left the scene of the accident without reporting it as per NYPD Policy.
