Albuquerque Police And New Mexico Trespass Laws – Everything Law and Order Blog

James Freeman does first amendment audits, cop watching, cop blocking, and more. Since Live PD and Cops was cancelled, James Freeman does LIVE STREAMING COP WATCHES. It’s like Live PD, except actually live, and without the “cops can do no wrong” bias.

  1. James buying cigarettes at age 17.

James: Can I get a pack of Marlboro Reds Plz?
Cashier: Can I see some ID?
James: FUCK YOU, YOU PIECE OF SHIT!
Thought you’d be one of the good ones.
Cashier: hands pack* Thank you have a nice day sir.

  2. That is something very important that people should understand that there are good cops out there. I understand that the number of good cops is going down but they are still out there. I have seen too many times in comments that there are no good cops. That is insane.

  3. Is there such a law as 'Trespass'? I thought it was 'Trespass with intent' and first, the 'intent' to do something illegal had to be established?

  4. As soon as you step out of your house, you're on public property and may end up on private property. Even on your own property, you're not free. There are many videos of people being arrested for refusing to go back in their house and stop filming. Then there's code enforcement, liens against your property by public utilities, HOAs, property taxes, eminent domain… Freedom is a myth. You only have what others let you have.

  5. It is always nice to see police that act like LAW ENFORCEMENT officers rather than cops. That probably, unfortunately for Albuquerque, means the only way he can move up in the ranks and get a position of authority is by transferring to another jurisdiction each time until he is high enough to make a substantial difference. Hopefully they do not wear down his integrity before he gets there. Politicians and criminals fear LAW ENFORCEMENT officers and for all the same reasons.

It looked like that niche was for a dumpster but had no dumpster and they had to put their bags of trash there unprotected from weather and animals and requiring people to manually load the bags into the garbage truck. I did not see any other place with bollards in place to prevent something from going past the curb.
